The purposes for the processing and legal bases for the processing 

Contact. By contacting us via the contact form or via e-mail, we naturally start to process your personal data, such as your e-mail address or any other personal information you might provide us. Providing us with this data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to make contact. 

In this case, your personal data is being processed on the ground on your consent, which is implicated in your behavior. We will also archive our conversation history on the basis of our legitimate interest to demonstrate its course in the future.  

History of the conversation will be archived by the period of time that is tough to predict in general information. You have a right to demand erasure of your history conversation. We will erase your data if we do not have any superior legitimate interest in further data processing, which overrides your right.     

Newsletter. You may sign up for our newsletter in which we inform you about the news concerning our business and services. We process your e-mail address and your name. Providing us with this data is not mandatory but is necessary to send you our newsletter.

We process your personal data on the ground on your consent, which is implied from your behavior – freely signing-up for the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time then we will stop sending you the newsletter.   2. HubSpot Inc. – we are using HubSpot CRM to organize, track, and build better relationships with you, our customers,
  3. The Rocket Science Group LLC – we are using MailChimp to send you our newsletter.

We are using the services of our partners having its seats in the USA, that is why your personal data might be stored in American’s servers. If you are EU resident don’t’ worry, our partners are listed on the Privacy Shield, a program that grants appropriate safety of your data.   

Rights. The law grants you various rights connected with data processing. All of them are listed below. We would like to kindly inform you, that in all situations you are entitled to exercise all of those rights, they might be limited in some cases. Information that we get from Pixel is anonymous and it does not allow us to identify you. On the other hand, Facebook may combine data that is controlled by Facebook with the data collected from our site and use those for their own purposes.
