Sellers lists every seller on the marketplace with their status, contact, how far through onboarding they are, and how many products and team members they have. Search by name, contact or email, and filter by status. Open a seller and their page is arranged as cards.

What the seller maintains

Some cards belong to the seller — they keep them up to date from their own panel, and anything you change here is done on their behalf:
  • Contact and Brand — the profile shoppers see. A seller who has not written a description yet shows as such.
  • Billing address and Returns address — where payouts are billed from, and where customer returns go.
  • Team — the people who can sign in to their panel. A seller always keeps at least one member; the last one cannot be removed without inviting someone else first.

What only you see

  • Status — approve, suspend, reinstate or cancel. See Onboarding for the lifecycle.
  • Onboarding — the checklist and its state.
  • Balance — what they have earned, what is pending, what is owed and what has been paid. See Payouts.
  • Payouts and tax — their payout schedule and minimum payout amount, which override the store defaults, and how their tax is remitted. The seller never sees or edits these.

Suspending a seller

Suspend pauses them: their products stop being offered and they cannot sell, but nothing is deleted and their ledger is untouched. Reinstate puts them back. Give a reason when suspending — the seller sees it. Sellers can also pause themselves. Holiday mode hides their listings until a date they choose, without any action from you.

Deleting a seller

A seller with order history is kept, not removed — the orders naming them have to keep meaning something. Cancel them instead.
