Mark a payout paid
Records that the money reached the seller, which is what debits their balance — a balance is earnings less completed settlements.
This is the step the built-in provider waits for: it files the settlement when the payout is created and expects an operator to say the bank transfer went out. A connected provider marks its own payouts paid when its webhook reports the money landed.
Send the provider’s own id for the transfer as reference when there
is one. Completing a payout that is already complete answers 200
without recording it twice, so a redelivered webhook or a double click
is safe.
Required scope: write_payouts (for API-key authentication).
