# Seller Products

> Sellers list their own products and submit them; you review each one before it goes on sale.

A product can belong to a seller. If it does, the seller created it in their panel and maintains it there. If it does not, it is the marketplace's own stock.

Sellers do not publish. They **submit**, and you decide.

## The review queue

A product a seller has submitted arrives with the status **Proposed**. Filter the Products list by that status to see everything waiting.

Open one and you have two choices:

* **Approve** — it goes on sale as soon as you do.
* **Send back** — it returns to the seller as a draft, with a reason they will see. They can fix it and submit again.

The product page shows who decided, and when.

Stores that trust their sellers can have submissions approved automatically — ask your developers to switch it on.

## What sellers manage themselves

From their panel, a seller looks after everything about how their products reach the customer:

* **Stock locations** — where they ship from. Stock for their products lives there.
* **Delivery methods** — their own shipping options, with their own rates, alongside any shared marketplace ones.
* **Package types** — the boxes and cartons they ship in, which their delivery quotes are built on.

Delivery profiles and zones stay yours; a seller assigns a profile to each product rather than defining them.
